It is an All India National Level Organization to make the citizen of India aware regarding the justice and their rights and also work for the welfare & development of Children, women, SC, ST & and others which is registered under SR Act XXI of 1860 with vide Registration No SNP/1947/12. And also under Human Right Protection Act 1993 Amendment Act 1994 Section -2 Article-19 and Subsection–G of Indian Constitution and use the right given by Human Right under Article-23 of Subsection-4 for making of any Organization. It is also Registered by TRADE MARKS REGISTRY GOVERNMENT. OF INDIA
